Welcome sensitive souls!

Hello hello! Welcome to the (temporary) Tapping with Theresa portal. I'm so glad you're here. I've heard from so many of you that having the videos on an app felt very important. I agree! It's nice to be able to tap on the go or to listen to a guided NSDR/yoga nidra to fall asleep at night. So...in the next coming weeks, we will be transitioning to Circle, where "Tapping with T" will expand to become Soulshine Studio: a place where sensitive souls can step out of chronic symptom management and intentionally rediscover the radiance and MAGIC of being alive. Using the Circle app, you'll be able to access Soulshine studios videos, audios, group call replays, Q+As, etc. I will still be posting EFT tapping videos. Breathwork. Guided practices like NSDR/yoga nidra. Host group calls. Anddd.... "Soulshine Studio" will be even more comprehensive because it will emphasize coming together as a community and actually PRACTICING these skills in a way that'll start to change your thoughts, feelings, and actions. My goal is to get you to the point where you are so busy living your life and embracing your unique sensitivities that you start to forget you were ever "sick" or struggling to feel safe. You'll be so busy noticing beauty, filled with gratitude, wonder, awe, and delight that you might even forget to put on a NSDR before bed... (but they'll still be there when you need them!) You'll be able to ask me anything, post questions to the community, connect with others, and of course, request the topics of videos/audios you'd find helpful. Anyways, I'm excited. I'll keep you posted when the community is ready to launch and from there on out, I'll be reachable through the Soulshine Studio portal to answer all of your questions, respond to your requests, and support you in reclaiming the vibrancy you came here to experience.
